James and his crew are amazingly hard workers. They are professional and really polite. I appreciate that James helps set expectation because of his years of experience. He will tell you the truth and explain why floors look they way they do and if things can be fixed. He's worked on my own floors and he's helped a charity that I volunteer at. I always love the end result of his work.

James and crew did an awesome job on our old concrete floors. They look great and require minimal maintenance. Note that this doesn't hide imperfections, patches, etc and the look is industrial, but its a very cool way to finish the floors.

James and his Team did an AMAZING! job on my garage. Its like a mirror on my cement floor. never thought it would be that smooth. Can clean the floor with a dust cloth. love it way better then a epoxy floor

Heavenly Touch has polished concrete floors for me at two different sites. Both times the result has far surpassed my expectations. James is a delight to work with--professional, personable, responsive, and reliable. He's also such a pleasure to be around. Their rates are more than reasonable, and the quality of work is top notch.

Got the job done in a timely fashion. Would recommend to others. I had called two of the other companies that have god google ratings but neither of them returned my phone call.
