Citrus Plus

Can't say enough good things about the service and quality level that these guys provide. Craig, the owner, is top notch, and so dialed in to his customer's needs. He uses only organic, probiotic cleaning products in his work. While I was at first skeptical as to whether these products could be that effective, let me tell you that they work like a charm. Craig cleaned our ducts, and left the home smelling fresh and clean. He followed up the work with before and after pictures, and honestly bent over backwards to ensure that he did thorough work. On top of that, Citrus Plus' pricing is very fair, and super competitive (based on our past experiences of having similar work done). I would not hesitate to recommend Craig and CitrusPlus to anyone seeking out duct cleaning services. Service: Power/pressure washing

Got a very quick response from a random inquiry and immediately felt "at home." Quick chat about needs, timeline, and was promptly scheduled for a few days out which gave me time to get contractors out of the house in time for carpets to be cleaned. Tech arrived on time and proceeded to do a fantastic job on some rather trafficked carpeting. Incredibly pleased with the work, professionalism, and some GREAT advice re: future use, cleaning schedules, etc. Citrus Plus will be on speed dial going forward and I'm telling EVERYONE I know about them. I found Citrus Plus and Craig on my local Nextdoor and I'm really happy with their service. Craig is super knowledgeable and helpful with great customer service. The guy who did a lot of the work, Jesus, was professional, polite, and helpful. The house smells great because of the product they use and the carpets look super clean! I would wait until a sunny day, if possible. It was a cooler, cloudy day when we did it and the carpets were still pretty damp even into the evening. No big deal for us because we had time to let it dry, but just be aware. I like their technique of spraying on the citrus cleaner, using a rotating machine to clean and fluff the fibers, then vacuuming it after. Also, they say to vacuum the next day and I found that to make a big difference, too. The carpet was kinda 'crunchy' the next day and the vacuuming made a big difference. I highly recommend them!
