These people are rude and unprofessional. They wanted my time and money and don't even treat their help properly! One man told me it was his first day and that no one would help him but he still tried his best and did amazing but when I called to reschedule the lady forgot.. it sounded like she was drunk!! Never again!!!!

I’ve been using these guys since they opened up for business and they have done a wonderful job cleaning up my carpet throughout my 2-story home. They always leave it like new for my family and guest to enjoy. Will definitely continue using them and I highly recommend them and their hard working employees.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. WARNING! I bought a Groupon Thinking I’ve save a little bit. Big mistake. I now see why they’re desperate for business. Totally Taking advantage of people and being unethical. They play the old bait & switch game. For those you don’t know what that means, it means that they’ll tell you it’s one price ”, even when you call and ask for all pricing, and then when they get to your home they triple the cost with some BS story about how you have to add shampooing and “it’s just a steam cleaning and without the shampooing your whole house is going to stink.” they then tell me that it’s going to cost ”a whole lot more...” they wanted 2x what I normally pay! Well I can tell you you can go to Quality Carpet cleaning, whom I’ve used for years and did again after I told these people to leave (thank God they were able to fit me in because I spent an hour with help getting everything off the carpet - I’m disabled) and pay a third of the price for everything you need including shampooing, stairs, and spotting!
