Santa Clara Carpet Cleaning

Helped us with carpet cleaning for our rental home in Santa Clara as well as some upholstery cleaning work. Definitely recommend them if you have carpet cleaning needs in Santa Clara.

Was told one price by the management but when the cleaning technician showed up he tried to charge us $30s more than the original agreed upon price. Then he proceeded to tell us he wouldn’t even clean our carpet unless we gave him $200. (For one 18x14 ft room) He tried to strong arm us because he knew we were trying to get it done fast for a new tenant to move in. I called the management to confirm the price we had agreed on and they did confirm that the technician overcharged us but didn’t have any control over his price. Very unorganized and sketchy cleaning service, and management was just as unprofessional because they hung up on me after I asked them to clean the carpet for the agreed price. Please be wary of this company.

Worse service company, they are cons do not do business with them you will end up paying triple of what they quote you over the phone.

Worse company, they sent an independent carpet cleaner guy and he end up charging me $550 for 4 rooms and he didn't even clean the carpet correctly. I wish I didn't pay but I was afraid of him coming back to steal things from my house. I think all the good reviews are fake as they can pay someone to write.

This company came out quickly to clean 2 bedrooms. They used a bait and switch cost technique. It took less than 25 mins to clean the 2 small bedrooms. I'm not fully confident that they performed the service they charged for. The carpets are cleaner than before, but I'm not impressed. I needed the carpets cleaned quickly, but I would choose another company next time.
