very poor quality products and rude staff , please please don't waste your money especially if you are buying online ,there is no return policy they will send you poor quality products and when you contact them and aske for refund the staff are telling you since you touched the product you are not going to receive refund , there is this lady who introduced herself as Sabrina and introduced herself as manager when I complain she rudely told me no you are wrong and it is what it is ! and when I asked for company information to file complain she said it is not your business!

very very poor customer service , rude staff, fake wigs , the quality of wigs they advertise are totally different from what they are selling and if you complain they even don't accept and never refund your money back
