Horrible, terrible customer service. They will not respond to emails. Tried calling but phones never answered with automated message stating voice-mail fill. Trying to cancel my order and get an update. But impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM FABYSWIGS!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE when trying to make a return. My item came late, had to even send an email asking where it was then when I needed to return, sent 4 emails with no response and called twice with voicemail saying it was full! Their return policy is 30 days from their ship date which in this case I didn't even know when that was! My advise is don't purchase from this company! There are so many other great wig companies out there, check them first!! I would give no stars if I could!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered 7 wigs and wanted to exchange just 2 of the unopened ones for a different color. Their phone number doesn't accept messages and no one ever answers. I have called 10 times. I have sent 7 unanswered emails as well. Do not purchase from this company. The wigs arrived extremely late and they will not return any form of communication...

I think it's pretty smarmy you wont let me get 2 of something cause shipping would be free ...do u have any customer appreciation at all ? I've been with this company a very long time.. smarmy business practice.. I'll be trying to find another way besides u
