Quetzal LC Multiservice

On June of 2023 I payed to have a pick up truck legalized and transported to Mexico and the truck still hasn't arrive to Mexico. The owner has been telling me lies for 7 months already, she's had covid a few times and has been hospitalized, a few of her family members have died, she's had tranportation issues, issues wumith her legal documents and the list goes on....she has a different excuse every other week. I asked for my truck back and money and she said I can pick up the truck but she doesn't have the money now and have to wait 2 to 3 weeks. At this point I don't belive anything she tells me. What kind of buiseness is this?

The truth is, this is pure fraud. I have been there for more than 1 year and the box never arrives. This service is of no use. Doa Carmen fills her mouth with pure false lies and they never solve the problems regarding shipments to the countries. She makes a pure pretext when someone calls her to see. When they say they are going to arrive the box I already leave. If I am scamming, I hope you see this before using the Quetzal La Multiservice service.

This place is not good. We sent a box with this company a year ago in November and they said the box would be delivered between 22-30 days. Its been a year now and the box still has not been delivered to my familys home. I call they dont answer and if they do answer they tell me the same thing over and over again. My family and I invested money in sending this box to our family in Central America and it saddens me to now that this company doesnt care how we feel or even acknowledge the we trusted their service and this is how they are paying us back.

Excellent service and super affordable prices. The most important thing is that they pick up at your house and deliver the packages to the door of your family member's house or wherever they ship.
