        I was having issues with a package that was about to be returned to sender. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS I called and the gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) got the job done and got it delivered when he said it would! I am so thankful for him. I wish I could thank him again! THANK YOU GUY!

        This office is more concerned about dealing with passports instead of the mail. Its ridiculous to wait forever to mail packages. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. One person working regular mail. HIRE A PERSON FOR PASSPORTS AND HANDLE THE LINE OUT THE DOOR DOWN THE ROAD. Pathetic awful service and they do not care
