I was there and they're, Very professional good customer care they help you in anything you need about your floor's; they have excellent prices, variety of a lot design of Flooring and good quality wood and vinyl!

After requesting a quote, we set up an appointment to have our floors measured. Thirty minutes passed since our scheduled appointment. I called the company to get an ETA, and the woman that answered said that she could not get a hold of the individual who was going to come to measure the floors. She said, He isnt here so he must be out on the road. Another 30 minutes past and I called back. This time the individual that was supposed to measure the floors actually answered. He apologized and said that he missed placed the paperwork. I explained that I had taken off of work so that I could be present for the measurements. We stated that we should be compensated in some type of way during this project for the inconvenience. He stated that he would make things right. When we went to go sign the contract and pay the deposit, however, the individual had a bad attitude and seemed bothered when we asked how he planned to compensate us. Reluctantly, he that he would throw in the baseboards for free, which was reasonable, but said that he could no longer price match the flooring we had picked out. We stated that this was agreed-upon when we first went shopping in the store and prior to asking somebody to come out for measurements. The baseboards was compensation for the lack of professionalism on the day of the appointment. He seemed annoyed when he was showing us samples of baseboards to select and made a begrudging comment that we were not going to get a better price anywhere else. We decided to go with another flooring company after our bad experience and after reading other negative reviews, which seem to have been removed.
