Unfortunately, due to construction delays and oversight from our general contractor, the supplier inadvertently allocated some of our chosen flooring to another customer, making it unavailable for several months. Undeterred, Jay personally took the initiative to bridge this gap. He drove a considerable distance to present us with an alternative sample closely matching our original selection, showcasing his commitment to customer satisfaction.
