First off, my wife and I had a home pregnancy test that showed a faint line. Made an appointment with this place. Appointment was at 2:50 and no doc and they said he might be at a hospital at the moment and usually gets there at 3:30. Odd saying such. We explained the home test and that her current medications are a worry and that we wanted to know for sure if she is in fact pregnant and how far along and what alternative meds she needs to be on so as not to harm our potential baby in the fragile first trimester. This is our first hope of joy for us, to have our first born, and to make sure the baby is safe and healthy through and through. They said shell need a U.A. and we explained that a past car accident ruptured her bladder and she constantly urinates and now have 39 of 41 signs of pregnancy and being 3 months late that she has a need for blood work instead. She took the U.A. And of course her U.A. Was as clear as water. But yet before the U.A. one of the assistants to the NPA pulled out a bottle of some orange looking liquid, said shed have to drink it first and then take the blood draw. After the U.A. was negative (of course) they said she can reschedule. I explained the importance of the blood draw a second time, not knowing the NPA was listening at a computer. She approached us all in the conversation rudely and said my wife can be seen by her and she would assess after an examination if she would need a blood test. My wife was put in a room and I followed and she had a Pap smear. Very rough on my wife, cold and never even announced who she was and didnt even talk here through the part that was going to be the painful part. Just jammed right in,did her rough exam, and told her shes too early to feel anything and then said they would run a blood test next. Mind you my wife had explained she has been spotting over a duration of a few weeks and intermittently. After walking out and as I looked for the next room from the hall, I could see where the blood draw area was right next to the second bathroom down the hall. The assisting girls said no blood test would be done there. That we had to go to labcoorp and make an appointment. Remember the meds that could harm the baby? It was all disregarded obviously and my wife and I were in shock! We basically went through a horrible first experience as expecting parents and our child and my wife were put in potentially a bad position. My wife got out to the car and cried. I asked whats wrong and she was heartbroken that she has such a cruel and super heartbreaking first experience as a worried and expecting soon to be mother. IM LIVID! By this moment I was in shock at it all and called family. EVERYONE WE KNOW WHO HAD MANY CHILDREN ARE HIGHLY UPSET! LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS! I WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HANDLE THIS! DR. KHAN AND HIS TEAM WILL REMEMBER MY NAME WHEN I GO TO THE BOARD WITH HIGHLY CREDIBLE FAMILY BEHIND US! Attorneys from our family and all! And if something happens to our child. Im taking all they have and shutting THEM DOWN!!!! *****DO NOT GO TO THESE POOR IDIOTS THAT HAVE MESSED WITH THE WRONG SOON TO BE FATHER! LEGALITY IS A MFER AND I WIN*****

I truly wish there was an option to give ZERO stars. This place should be shut down and ashamed of themselves. This was my husband and Is second time and we have actually been to both locations. Both not good experiences AT ALL. Especially this last one. We made an appointment because we possibly could be pregnant (took some at-home tests and got 2 faint positives) for our first time and arrived to our appointment on time. We were brought back and told the Dr. wasnt even there. The staff is unprofessional, abrasive, insensitive and extremely apathetic. They had me pee in a cup and took some vitals. We were under the impression I was going to get blood work done. We were told that they could do that but I would need to drink some stuff first we were confused and already not liking how this is going. Everyone acted like they had no idea what they were doing! My husband was upset (rightfully so) I was then put into an exam room and told to undress. I instantly knew I was getting a Pap smear done, but thinking nothing of it and it being our first time experience this, we didnt know any better and rolled with it. The NP walks in and doesnt even introduce herself. We still dont even know her name! Crazy, right? Anyways, we were trying to explain to her that I was possibly pregnant and I was exhibiting symptoms and got 2 faint positive tests out of 3. She was very rough while doing my breast exam and pelvic exam and very mechanical. It was very obvious we were just another number and she wanted to be in and out. She just said its too early to be experiencing these symptoms which even I know is not true. When she was done she walked out and said just keep taking your prenatal vitamins so then I get dressed and the assistant comes in and tells me Im all done. My husband and I look at each other confused and ask about getting blood work done. She said that I was being sent to a lab for it. For some reason they wouldnt do it there when they had the capability to do so. They even said in the beginning that they would. It was very obvious they just didnt want to be bothered and do it. So now we have to wait again to get into Labcorp with an appointment when they could have done it there. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible experience. If you are possibly pregnant, pregnant, or have kidsdo not come here! Sketchy is an understatement. They are EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT and just dont care!
