I had an appointment scheduled today and I come in & their front desk tells me the Dr had an emergency and my appointment has been cancelled yet no one called me or left a message. Will not be returning here again!! Waste of my time. Took time off of work for this!

Hello Dr. Beshay thank you for the Saturday appointment. The nurse practitioner was super knowledgeable my son and his girlfriend was very happy with her. His girlfriend will like to move to Santa Ana clinic , because her impressive service. Today, he went again to the pharmacy and his injection still in pending. They are waiting for the insurance approval . Thank you for your help

Rude and impolite staffs!! They are disconnecting phone on me 3 times today when they knew im calling again to follow my approval (22 november 2021, 9:59 am). Also previous time after 1 Hour waiting in office, plus 30 minutes waiting in the Dr room, they told me we made wrong appointment for you for today, because your Doctor doesnt work today at this office!!!
