        Landscaping was subpar while renting there. Huge patches around buildings are stripped and filled in with mulch. Large 4 foot pots used to reserve parking instead of being used for plants/ trees. Only a section near the management office is paved in stone, the rest is broken concrete that floods when it rains. There are two large childrens playgrounds but one was completely stripped for over a year. Rent is comparable to nearby apartments, they need some improvements. The waste/ trash fee is about 60-75 every month now but management isnt quick with getting rid of large items.

        Its hella fun in Fairview I come outside almost everyday with my friends and we played basketball here and there, since the rooms are kinda big my and my friends would always hang out there and if we were so bored we would play hide and seek in the house even and there were good hiding spots I recommend this spot because its Fairview green apartments
