Awesome customer service! Nicole was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient and personable. She provided me with multiple carpet samples to take home and I did not feel rushed at all to make a decision. The carpet installation was easy to schedule and the installers were fast and efficient. My only feedback: it would have been nice if the installers wore shoe covers during and following carpet installation. Overall highly recommend this family owned business.

Nicole went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect carpeting, expedite its delivery in time for our house guests and work with us to implement our major changes on installation day. Nicole did it all with grace, understanding and at a reasonable cost. Thank you!

February of 2023, purchased 32 k carpet for entire house. Hossein urged me to buy the Fabrica Savannah weave as I have two dogs and he said it was the most stain resistant.
Since then there have been minor accidents that in the past 25 years of carpet cleaning in
my house were a non issue and I was able to clean with shop vac and professional steam cleaning 3 to 4 times a year.
Not now. After a professional steam clean, the residue and stain reappears. Even pouring water in the carpet leaves a stain.
Leigh and Hossein have offered to replace only the areas where the stains remain, leaving me with a patchwork from a different dye lot and a lot of unusual transition areas. Plus I would pay a premium to have them reinstall.
If you care about your home and piece of mind if you do have an issue, go to Architectural Design, Ken Carpets or another well respected carpet retailer. I wish I had.
