Not the same company as when Al Lamperti ran things. The new ownership doesn't seem to care about old customers. I had a problem with the kitchen cabinets -- left 3 messages with them over three separate days but not even a call back.Nothing is more important when hiring a contractor than communications. From this experience I will not be going back to Lamperti for future remodels.

I purchased a replacement under-counter Sub-Zero refrigerator from Lamperti. Luckily, I also had them do the removal/replacement. Because the kitchen floor had been replaced since the original purchase, the removal was extremely difficult. The crew was terrific. They never complained and they were very careful. Although it took a few extra hours, everything was perfect. No damage, dirt, etc. If I'd had an appliance installation company do the install, I think they might have damaged the granite countertop or the woodwork. Because Lamperti does complete kitchens, their guys know all about these related issues. And the office people are great, too.

Purchased a new Subzero appliance after reading positive reviews on Yelp. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Riggs Installation was purchased and assigned to handle the installation into my home.  Somewhere along the line the delivery of the Subzero to Riggs ran into an unknown delay where they couldn't identify where the unit was.  And this is why I'm writing this review! I called Lamperti to see about what had happened and this is what followed. Lamperti and Riggs both worked together immediately, the Subzero was tracked down, delivery and installation was made the following day, and communication with me was outstanding throughout.  I can't tell you how refreshing it was not to be dismissed and to see the efforts made to insure the customer was taken care of.  In my experience you would typically hear excuses and lack of concern or immediacy but not with these outfits. Well done, thank you and the Riggs team, you've definitely earned my respect and loyalty!
