Granite Transformations of San Rafael

I love the counters and cabinets. Love the material and look, great transformation!  Jimmy and Nathan are 5-Star! These two worked their butts off, did extra, were polite, and really ensured everything was perfect. I reduced my rating because the salesperson who came to my house didn't do a thorough job estimating time based on the fact that I have Euro cabinets, didn't give me crown molding options, didn't note a drawer replacement, and didn't hand off a coordinated counter install to account for drawer sizes with the new reduced space. I had to go to the Santa Rosa showroom to finalize my order and had to pay more. I also experienced bad customer service when calling in about scheduling the extra hours the team needed to finish.

We had our kitchen redone during Covid.  Our kitchen had not had an over haul in probably 25- 30 years.  My husband and I kept seeing granite transformations at home shows.  When we finally decided to do the project we definitely knew who we were going to go with.  We picked everything out and Paul and Paul Jr.  started the project. They were here for a week and they both were so professional and very detailed oriented to the project!  They did such an amazing job! I LOVE my kitchen!!  All our friends are so impressed with the outcome!  I would recommend Granite Transformations and have Paul and Paul Jr. Do the job.  They were wonderful to work with.

Top notch service and workmanship. Jarren is extraordinarily well organized and responsive. The team he sent to build and install cabinets were first rate. Paul and Paul Jr. paid attention to every detail, worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. They got an astonishing amount done every day, our time without a kitchen was a fraction of what I expected. Easy to be around too, just good people. We could not be more delighted with how this all turned out. You will not find a better business than Granite Transformation!

We just had our install completed yesterday and our kitchen has been TRANSFORMED. Everyone was great to work with but the installers were exceptional--and took pride in their work. I was impressed with how professional they were and how well they cleaned up. I'd recommend GT and will do business with them again.

Outstanding product and workmanship. We opted for this product to dramatically change the style of our kitchen that was cost effective, low maintenance, and freed us from doing any demo work. Granite Transformations was the absolute correct choice. Andrea came out to take the measurements and show us options (twice, because we initially changed our minds, which caused a delay, then Covid caused another delay), but in the end this team was able to give us new sinks and new counter tops (in only two days), that truly transformed our space. Impressive and highly recommended. Thank you all!
