Marin Volvo-Saab

I've been going here with my 2006 Saab for most likely 6 years since I bought my car. I was 17 at the time, yet Rick always treated me like any other individual. I always trusted this place and trusted the work done/ pricing. Rick (and others) were always accommodating when I needed to take it in, got my car in fast and got it out fast. Never any surprise charges, and I created a great relationship with him! We bond on our personal hobbies and I'll be sure to keep in touch with Rick even though I no longer have a Saab. Highly highly recommend!

Thayer in the Sales Department is incredible. He's patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. My partner and I looked at a few cars at Volvo Marin and he walked us through all the features and helped us evaluate what was the best vehicle for us. We couldn't recommend him more.

Really happy my buddy recommended this shop to me. They were super transparent, communicative and friendly the entire time. Also, I can say they charge less per hour of labor then the dealership. All around great shop. Rick and Thomas were awesome!

Rick and his team are the best of the best. Honest, timely to respond, quick but quality service, and always walk through what and why they're doing. More importantly, they'll lay out options you have, if you want to go fully premium on everything you can, i.e. OEM or Genuine Volvo parts. I was going to the dealer before, good people but expensive. I went to another shop in Novato which did solid work but too far away for me since I live in San Rafael. Going to Marin-Volvo Saab for as long as our XC60 functions, which so far, because of Rick and his team is running strong at 120,000+ miles with nary an issue!

Marin Saab is the best and only place that I'll take my Saab.  Unfortunately, I took my car to another mechanic for years before finding it and wasted a lot of money on sub-par repair jobs.  Rick, the owner of Marin Saab, knows how to work on Saabs and has never let me down.  I would give him ten stars if I could!!!
