Cain's Brake Annex

My mechanic highly recommended Cain's Tire Annex and I'm so glad he did. They took great care of me, and they were able to work on my tire repair immediately; the whole thing took about 30 minutes. Younger manager dude was amazing and I wish I could remember his name. Lastly and most importantly, they've got integrity, which was demonstrated to me during our interactions. Great experience. (P.S. this location is much less busy than their other one on 4th.)

Buyer beware! Cains uses dangerously cheap parts in your brakes. I had the front rotors and pads replaced in my 2017 Ram 1500 after the factory originals wore out at 80k miles. The replacement parts were completely shot after 25k miles more. Pads worn down to metal on metal. Complete junk. 0/10 do not recommend.

I called around to get rates for brake pads before I went in. I called all the usual suspects in Novato, then a neighbor recommended Cain's Brakes. When I called them, they were the best price and they were true to their price. I needed brake pads and rotors, and new tires! It was a longer driver for me, but the savings was worth it. All the work was done in 4 hours. Fabian was great and the front desk staff was also great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
