So this place finally closed? I actually used to work there as a mechanic around 2007. I would come to work at 7:00 in the morning and leave at 3:30 in the afternoon so I could pick up my kids. The place was never open until about 8:30 or quarter to nine and customers are waiting outside like myself milling around in the rain. When I quit due to lack of work the owners was mad and said I wasn't even working 8 hours a day. Which was completely true but they opened about 2 hours late everyday.the whole time I worked there I put an engine in a ranger I fixed a convertible mustang top leaking there's some oil changes but mostly worked on my own van because it was under warranty back then.this was the strangest shop they had no shop tools to speak of and extremely disorganized. It claimed it was a Ford dealer but they mainly used it to refurbish Mercedes-Benz that they got from auctions in LA.There were only about two people working on Ford products in about five others reconditioning Mercedes. I'm sure Ford wasn't too happy about that one.

Have been trying to contact them to return the leased car for 2 weeks, no one picked up the phone and voice mail box was full, no messages or whatever. Went there in person, it's closing down and no further information could be found. Just terrible!

It takes a tremendous amount of effort to reach somebody on the phone. I have to call Ford company so that they could reach someone at this dealership. To make things worse, a part that is under warranty such as the computer has lost its memory and needs to be reprogrammed. And this dealer says that it's not covered under warranty to reprogram. 3 year old with 15,000 miles. According to Ford company and attorney that specializes in Ford lawsuits, say it is. Serramonte dealer said 3 months is the earliest appointment. NEVER buy Ford because the warranty doesn't seem to exist.

Absolutely useless. The 'service' department took 10 days to replace a battery. Car was spluttering so took it in to Veracom. 4 days to even look at it. Issue was determined to be a low voltage battery. Was promised many times that they would call with updates. Never received a single call - their service and communication is horrible. It was then fixed but they needed their technician to certify that everything was done correctly. Four days later, they literally didn't know when the technician was going to come to work. Long story short, I'm waiting two weekends without a car because they can't manage their staff. I was told that things can't move quickly because they are a small dealer. This is great advice. They are a small dealer so stay away.
