Friendly and did electrical lighting repairs on my hitch relatively quickly. I went early so was the only client. I would go back there again, but recommend going early before it gets busy.

I have rented from this place twice and both were bad experiences. The first time one of the workers left his keys in the truck which I discovered after I got home so I had to return them so they could move his car. He had moved it to get the truck out and it was now blocking the space for other trucks. No big deal -- Ive made mistakes like that before and easily fixed. They kicker came with they told me that they would be closing at 5 and if I brought the truck back after that to put the key into the night drop and park it is a specific spot. We returned the truck at 4 and no one was there. After we waited around for a while I followed the drop box instructions and we left. All was fine until I got a call from uhaul HQ 4 days later angerly asking me to return the truck. I was stunned -- I told them that I returned the truck the SAME DAY. Appearenly I was still being charged for it. HQ took my info and straightened it out after a very confusing series of credits and debets to my account. So why would I rent from them a second time? Im just stupid I guess. The second time we rented a truck and confirmed the rental the same day via the web. When we showed up at 9 to get the truck, the place was closed. I thoght maybe someone was running late because the place opened at 9. I made a mental note to never pick up a truck from them at 8 cuz they don't open until 9. We waited until 9:20 and no one ever came so we left. We called the help line and canceled the rental and as far as I can tell our account was not charged. To sum up, Don't rent from this place. It has put me off uhail altogether.
