        I rented a UHaul van from the San Marcos - Mission Rd location for wedding cargo. The rental was absolutely seamless! I was in and out if there in 5 minutes and was able to use their drop off box for the return. I didnt put as many miles on the van as I initially stated, the refund to my credit card was posted before I woke up the very next day! Quite impressed! **********

        Terrible. I initially reserved a truck by my house and then they call me back and try to get me to drive out of my way and it would have cost more money to pick up the truck at another location convenient for them. I guess customer service doesn't come 1st here. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because i foud cheaper prices and better service at Penske in San MARCOS.
