We just closed escrow today with an attractive loan that funded right on time.
We originally attracted to iMortgage to work with a loan consultant that we used in the past and trusted. He ended up leaving in the middle of our loan, but Brad and Lisa rose to the occasion to ensure everything worked out fine.
Don't get me wrong, getting a home mortgage today is a giant pain in the butt...the volume and variety of documentation required seems ridiculous, but I can honestly report that the team at iMortgage never asked us for the same information twice and they tried hard to organize our list of documents to collect in to the minimum number of well organized and articulated lists.
Another local loan agency I spoke with actively bad mouthed Brad and iMortgage. I think that tactic speaks much more about that other agency than iMortgage. I honestly found our experience to be well handled, attentively shepherded and entirely above board.

Wow! They got the job done, we got the loan, so I keep my eye on the target. It was however convoluted, the process was very convoluted and not always the way I would have preferred.
