I called these guys on a short notice while out of province, they helped tow my car to a tire shop as quickly as they could. So when I get back I will have my car ready to go. I appreciate the quick and easy service and the driver's professionalism.

Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. First, they arrived way beyond the ETA. And the operator was pretty rude and disrespectful. He would not follow any safety precautions (drive rashly at speed and even backwards). If only i can give them 0 stars. Terrible and avoid!

I had my Vehical towed to D&M by the Sheriffs of Santa Clara county. I came to pick up my wrecked $80,000.00 vehicle and found my brand new jacket and my sunglasses were missing. I acknowledged that to Michelle. She said the owner would investigate and call me back but he didnt . I called them back 3 more times and every time she said he would call me back at a curtain time but never did. I planned to call my bank card to dispute $490.00 for 2 days of my vehicle in their tow yard. Then I will have my attorney files a complaint with the Sheriff of Santa Clara county for hiring or incorporating with bad company taking advantage of the situation and stealing my valuable belongings. Having my son arrested under DUI is painful enough, I ll try to get the law punished these bad people. They have to be punished and his business must be closed

Unprofessional, treated people with at most disrespect when it come to they need to pick up their vehicle. Business hours post at 8 to 5 yet they try to void a vehicle pick up at open hour posted. Need to be careful, D&M not all people are as uneducated you think. If the state give licenses for businesses you need to honor your businesses. Being said, please people out there tell your fellow friends to invest in tracking device specifically if you have an older car small name towing business some so desperately need money and will steal you car push it away and have it tow. The law are very clear just know where to search if you been victimized. Believe me there criminals in towing. Businesses. Out smart them with tracking device they are cheap to install or hidden in your car. Do it. Let get them red handed.
