They took the time to explain everything to me, from the beginning stages of the estimate to the programming of remotes and keypad at the end. I was so very excited to see our new garage door as ours was very old and falling apart. I would definitely use them again.

My technician was right on time for the appointment. He explained my options in layman's terms and showed me the difference in the new replacement parts compared to the old ones. He was professional, knowledgeable and it was very obvious he loved his job. There was no pressure to sell me anything I didn't need. We've had Armstrong Garage Door service our garage door for years and James has always been our tech. We scheduled an annual maintenance and he is always on time and does a thorough job inspecting, lubricating, replacing any parts that are showing wear and that could cause problems in near future, which saves us money by not having to make another call for service later. Recommended!!
