Torsion spring broke on my garage door. Chad was out within an hour or two after I contacted them this Saturday to replace the broken springs. He was great to work with and did a fantastic job. It's really a pleasant surprise when a company does a great job and has great employees. Thanks Chad!

I'm so happy there's a fast and reliable garage door repair service like these guys around. I have no idea how my garage door works. It stopped opening last Monday when I needed to go to work so I was in a huge panic. I ended up calling in sick so I could get the problem under control. After searching around on the internet for garage door repair service, I found Precision. I called them and I was able to set up an appointment for later that day.
The repairman was great to have over. He had a really positive attitude and I could tell he enjoys being good at his job. I showed him my door and he was quick to find the problem. Apparently, it was a really common problem so that's why it was the first thing he checked. The spring on one side of the door was cracked. He asked me if I knew when the last time they were changed was. I didn't know so I took his recommendation to replace both springs.
My door's been working perfectly ever since. I highly recommend these guys!

Impeccably awesome work!!!! The repairman set up his tools in his work area and worked precisely and efficiently. I only had to replace my broken torsion spring which apparently is a regular maintenance thing and he did it in less that 20 minutes. That includes setting up his tools and equipment to cleaning up and handing me the bill, these guys are like NASCAR mechanics. My garage is a 1 car garage and had one spring, i guess it might take a little longer if you have a bigger set up with more springs.
All in all he was very thorough with his work and making sure the door worked before he left.
I would definitely recommend his work.

The repair guy arrived right on time. Very friendly, professional, and didn't approach me with any BS whatsoever. The job was finished quickly and most importantly the work was high quality and I got a good price for a new opener.
