Sadly, I would not recommend this florist. I live in Oregon and wanted to send my mom flowers in San Jose, CA for Mother's Day. I got online and chose a San Jose florist. I spent quite some time looking at the offerings on their site and chose one that was cheery and in colors I knew my mom would enjoy. What she received was nothing like I ordered and their choice of flowers/colors for the substitution was something I would never have chosen. I get that they may not have the exact flowers, but what they chose was not ok. I called and asked for them to make it right by a redelivery or partial refund and they never called me back. Customer service is everything!!!
