Adorable Flowers

I live in Toronto Canada and was ordering flowers through the nation wide distribution companies. It's not worth it to name them. They have an excuse for everything. I took way too long to order from a local place in San Jose. Let's just say I would give Adorable Flowers a 10 star rating if I could. Flowers were delivered to my Mother on time and they were to put it AMAZING!! Thank you so much for your professionalism and of course on time delivery.

I ordered a wreath for a full military service. When I figured out it was too small on the day it was to be delivered Mei actually took what I had ordered and created a larger version on a stand. Talk about spectacular service. I would 1000% recommend this florist hands down. They are ready and willing to help out if you make a mistake and the arrangement is beautiful.

They did a great job on the flower arrangement. It definitely looks a bit different than the website (they added a few different flowers, but the arrangement is still beautiful). Also, there was a whole issue about the flowers going missing and possibly being given to the wrong person. When that happened, they offered to replace the flowers with a new arrangement. However, I found out that a different family member had picked them up. Miscommunication on our part tbh. Adorable Flowers has a really understanding and helpful group of people.
