        In reading the other review, I guess you have to be a regular customer to get good customer service. I've been to this Peets in the San Jose Convention Center a couple of times and found the cashiers to be not so nice. I don't get a proper welcome, help, or thank you. And it wasn't only me, others in my group had similar experience. Guess I will not be going back.

        They were able to brew us a traveler of drip today in less than 10 minutes when our office coffee maker broke, and we had a meeting, ummm...now. Fast, delicious and helpful. THANK YOU!!!!
