Philz prioritizes app orders so I had wait 10 minutes for my in-house order of a small black coffee. Manager just informed me "7-10 mins even for just a black coffee."

I was served by a very nice worker. Coffee flavor has improved as well.

Corporate needs to be sent to this location. Workers are struggling to get orders out and its not fair to the customers or workers.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional lady, who do not even know how to treat customers...

Really good ube coffee if you want a strong ube flavor. The egg coffee is also good. Limited seating and I heard they're busy at times so I would order ahead!
