This location is abysmal. They are out of basics, like White Rice constantly. Worse they leave it on as a mobile ordering option then just swap something in when you get there. As other reviews mention, they clearly wait till their out till cooking. Other times they have not had orange chicken, arguably their staple, unavailable. Try a different location.

Very unpleasant experience. Not so many people today, but the staff ignored my pick-up order and didn't care at all. Some people' pick-up order is later but get the food faster than me.
