Selling or buying a home is a major endeavor which is why I am so grateful to Benedict! Benedict had versatile resources and went above and beyond to save me time and money. My unique circumstance was having to sell a marital home during separation while 300 miles away. Benedict was able to address personal and legal communication matters. I won't go into details but will say that I was impressed with the finished product. The house looked the best it ever did after renovations under his watch. We have been lucky enough to work with Benedict on both the buying side and the selling side of real estate. 5 years ago he helped us find and buy our first home. He walked us through the entire process and even changed gears with us when we completely changed what area we were looking to move to. When it was time to sell, he again walked us through the entire process. We moved out of our home before it was listed and he took care of everything needed once we handed him the keys.
