Susan has been an absolutely amazing Real Estate Agent to work with during this entire process. It is very easy to talk to Susan and get clear, well communicated information which she imparts with professionalism and then patiently waits to see if you have any questions. She answers all of your questions clearly or gets back to you very quickly. More specifically, with selling our house, Susan performed a master piece in labor orchestration to get our house cleaned, inspected, painted and properly prepared to receive top dollar, and we did get top dollar!!! Above asking price!!! It seems like such a breeze and almost no stress at all. Susan has an amazing business partner, Sarah, who works seamlessly with Susan to prepare all of the documents and then make them very very simple to go through and sign electronically (saves tons of time). Susan has been available and responsive to answer our questions and she also proactively communicates. My wife and I are just so happy to have met Susan.
