For less than $10(tax included) you'll get almost 3x of great mouth watering savory food, not to mention the outstanding service - compared to the rest of the restaurant in the city, that usually charge their customers three to six times of the actual cost of the meal, with minimal amount attitude. Whether you are eating in or order for take out, tipping is not mandatory. They're not going to chase you down for the few cents they think you're obligated to pay. You are actually tipping base on the quality of service they provide. I always order here. My favorite is the #13 which is the grilled chicken over rice and a side of mix vegetables. The vegetables are not simply blanch with salt, they actually sauté it with actual seasoning. It's never the same varieties of veggies, it just depends on what they have available for that day. Below are photos in separate occasions, showing that the amount of food. Its the same as whether you are eating in or take out. I would highly recommend this place. To be honest, the area is bad area with a lot homeless, crack addicts and tweakers injecting themselves with heroin. But you shouldn't judge the restaurant base on the neighborhood because it is not their fault that city hall neglecting their responsibility and duty to clean up Tenderloin.

Fresh, soft bread, well seasoned meat, good price, no line. Got the lemongrass grilled pork.
