Note to self:Do only one soup. Tonkotsu!Don't order pork blood.If you order other soup. Try Tom yum. It's only good with seafood though.

The Pots is a great location for AYCE hot pot LATE NIGHT since they are open until 10pm! Service was good although sometimes the meats came out a bit slow. If you pay in cash there is a 10% discount!! Even with the cash discount, we ended up paying $44.60 per person with tax and tip. I'm taking a star off for the steep price and the soup bases. We ordered spicy miso and pork bone broth. The spicy miso was maybe a 4/10 spice for me and had decent flavor, however the pork bone broth was just lacking in depth and flavor. Most everything is self-serve except for the meats, seafood, desserts and some dumplings which you scan and order on a QR code. There is a fee for split pot, but with the variety of veggies, meats, dumplings sauces and such, you really don't need it! The sauce bar was standard but nothing amazing. They had the essentials: soy sauce, green onion, cilantro, garlic and sesame sauce. They also had an assortment of noodles at the bar including a few rice noodles and udon noodles. Mushrooms were great! Wood ear, seafood mushrooms stood out :) Veggies were all fresh and nicely cut and prepped and had tong ho choy! They also had the roe fish balls which are always an 11/10 at hot pot. Meat quality was great, we ordered lamb and beef, but avoided the wine soaked and beer soaked ones. We weren't feeling that adventurous LOL.Overall, I think there are other AYCE and non-AYCE options that I would prefer over The Pots, however it was a good experience and I would recommend trying it at least once!

my friends and I wanted a hotpot on a rainy night. We found The Pots and decided to check it out. The ambience of the restaurant was so nice we decided to stay. Glad we did! Ordering is through the QR menu which also has the pricing. We order mala and miso broths. Love the flavor! The buffet table has everything you need for hotpot. We were so full by the end of our meal but we still found room for their brownies desserts. A great place for friends and family gathering!
