Lefty O'Doul's

Traditional American diner with a twist, Lefty. Food is good, and what you would expect. But the story makes this place interesting. Lefty was a pitcher and opened this restaurant. At some point a statue was made of him. And one day his arm was stolen or arm-napped. Over the next year pictures of his arm-napped were sent to the restaurant. Then one day his arm was returned and you can see it today. Just one of those crazy San Francisco stories that makes San Francisco so appealing.

Lefty's is nothing like it used to be. It's sad to see what it's become in the touristy Fishermans Wharf.

Cafeteria style food. You've got to go for the story of Left's arm.

This food was HORRIBLE, never eat here. I went with 4 people and it cost $120 all of the food was cold and dry. The ice cream was literally liquid. Save ur money
