I cant say enough good things about Silver Sports Therapy. Sidney is the best I am so glad I found a place that will truly take care of me through this recovery process!

Sidney really is the best.  A lot of therapists claim they can cure chronic plantar fasciitis, but Sidney really can.  He is so intuitive.  I even came in with a sesimoid flare one day during our regular treatment.  I asked him not to work on that because it was still inflamed and sensitive.  He stayed away from the sesimoid but released a knot just below it that resolved everything.  I didn't even know that was possible.

In the course of many visits to the physical therapies in the Bay Area in the last 20 years Sidney were able so help me quickly then anyone else .. He is so good what he does and I had an injury on my let leg since I was 15 years when I favored the left legs on my soccer kicks .. If you know your body or not you definitely needs to see Sidney specially when your therapist isn't helping you get where you want to be! Please check Sidney work. He got the instincts and the power and the experiences  to inspire your over all healthy life style.. "If you have dreamed of getting better.let's do it"I guarantee you that you'll have world-class experience as you see the progress coming along after the first treatments...

I feel so lucky to have found Sidney! My knee started bothering me during my peak training for an upcoming marathon. I've been lucky enough to stay injury free after almost two decades of long distance running, so I figured it was my time for a major catastrophe. After squeezing in an appointment for me, Sidney figured out the problem in only a few minutes. What felt like a potentially scary knee problem was really a couple locked muscles, which Sidney fixed in no time at all. I went for a short run on my way out the door with no pain at all, followed by a 20-miler the next day also pain-free. Amazing!

Paul is a genius. Sydney has worked on me once. I always want to stretch more after leaving here but I usually fall off. They give Irish football teams a discount which makes it more affordable. Active release technique can be painful but it's very effective!
