MSL helped us evaluate the opportunity to buy a parcel that was not on the market, but had value for a project we were doing. The parcel was abandoned and had back-taxes, but the city had not put it up for auction. MSL navigated a thicket of local agencies at the county and state level, doggedly meeting with every relevant official to get the county to take action on the property. The team resolved some internal confusion at the agencies which has allowed the property to go to auction in the future and given us a chance to buy it. Throughout MSL was excellent in communication, always writing out clear memos and keeping us up to date on progress. I'd highly recommend engaging them for anything that requires tenacity and knowledge of how the system works. Macy's diligence, tenacity, professionalism, and high level of communication made her and the team a pleasure to work with. She's a great one to have in your corner.
