To say that Lynn is a superstar realtor will be an understatement. We first met her at an open house in SF pre-pandemic and started our home buying journey. Lynn is knowledgable, attentive and patient. She spent a good amount of time guiding us through the entire process. When we were finally ready to move forward, she helped us understand the pro’s and con’s of each property and never rushed us into buying a particular home. It’s also worth mentioning that she’s extremely experienced with real estate investment and home remodeling. We would not have found our starter home without her expertise and inspiration. I would highly recommend Lynn to those looking for a professional and reliable realtor friend.

Lynn helped us find our dream home in SF, as well as helping us navigate the selling process of our previous home. Being that our new home was off market, we managed to get a great price (well below appraised which is surprising in this market). She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for to help make sure that we found the perfect home. She has extensive knowledge of the local market, and always had useful insights about the inevitable disclosure items for all of the homes that we looked at. Ultimately she connected us with several vendors which we've been generally pleased with. We enthusiastically recommend (and continue to use) Lynn for any real estate transactions in the future!

Lynn is both delightful to work with and exceptionally knowledgable about real estate, particularly SF/Bay Area real estate. I completely credit her advice for getting my partner’s and my offer accepted on a property that’s ideal for us. My partner and I were first time home buyers, and Lynn really excelled at figuring out where we were with our search, and what we knew and didn’t know about home buying. She gave us lots of valuable details about the various elements of the SF market, from property types to what to look for in the disclosures to good loan providers. She was also was able to provide valuable gut-checks on pricing and inventory patterns. Lynn was always communicative and available on short notice to attend open houses as our search ramped up. On the few occasions the timing didn’t work out, she would set up time to see the property separately from us and give her feedback. While she clearly has deep knowledge & can point out helpful details at the open house or in the disclosures, she is not pushy. She will always let you talk through your impressions of a property before she jumps in with her own insights. I learned so much working with her! Finally and perhaps most importantly, Lynn is very experienced with making strong offers, and has a great sense for how to approach bidding. It was absolutely her strategy & speed that helped us stand out and get an offer accepted for a good place within our budget. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area!

Lynn was spectacular! Can’t thank her enough! I can’t imagine what I would do without her! She was fast, she was well experienced and she was smart! All that made our home buying process: precise, smooth and quick! We had no trouble at all throughout our deal because Lynn went through every small details with us (several times as needed) and told us all the steps in advance! We were able to close the deal quickly with greatest memory of our first home buying process!!
