My partner and I have been working with Nini and her team the past 2 years from selling our first condo to spending a good chunk of the year figuring out what we actually wanted in a home to finally purchasing our new place in downtown SF. Nini and her team (Brett, Catherine, just to name a few!) are 110% committed to helping us find our next home working with our indecisiveness, schedules, and specific preferences. We werent sure if we wanted to go suburb single family or commit to city living and I really appreciated how the team helped us explore both at our pace. When it came to the final couple units we were excited about, Nini went to town with negotiations and got us our ideal place way below asking. We are super happy with our new place and we really just let Nini and her team work their magic. Throughout escrow they stayed on top of everything and checked in on us regularly too, such as figuring out contractors/condo permit info/cleaners for the home.
