I have lived in my studio apartment for almost 20 years. Every problem that this great old building, 1927, is respectfully, quickly and well resolved. The repair guys and the cleaning team are the best! The Malta family care deeply about their legacy. I feel at home.

I was a tenant of Malta & Co for over four years. Hands down, Debra was the best landlord I've ever had. Super responsive and reliable every time I needed something. Things in the apartment and building were taken care of right away. All the common areas were cleaned regularly and maintained very well. All the building tenants were super courteous and helpful. Most were long-term residents. No loud noises / parties in the building.

I've had a number of landlords/management companies and Malta is about as good as it gets. Fast responses to all repair requests. There were times where repairs were made that same day. The repair people they employ are good and helpful. Debra is professional, efficient, respectful and prompt.
