Uses unethical and bad faith sales tactics. If youre a buyer, dont trust any documents she sends to you unless you have a real estate lawyer check them. If youre a seller- be careful. Her tactics may lead you to a lawsuit with a clouded title.

We live in the San Diego area and were looking for a condo in San Francisco. We had seen Amanda at a couple open houses we had been to in SF. We found her to be very knowledgeable about the San Francisco area and very approachable. When we decided to get serious about our search we contacted her. She spent time getting to know us and helped us in our search with Compass Realty tools as well as her personal knowledge of various areas of the city. She never pushed us to buy and always made sure we felt comfortable at each step of the process. I would definitely work with Amanda again.

Amanda Jones and her team are really top notch. From the get they are responsive, honest, and work hard for their customer's bottom line. I was a trustee to a trust with very challenging maintenances. I wanted to sell the property and needed to find a realtor who I could trust and feel comfortable with. When I was referred to and met Amanda Jones, I knew I found the realtor I was looking for. Amanda was very professional, honest, personable and very easy to communicate with. She has tremendous knowledge in the real estate business and great selling strategies. It was a very stressful time for me and Amanda was very supportive.
