I had top surgery with Dr. Kim. Her and her team are amazing. I am a healthcare professional myself and can't imagine a more qualified surgeon than one that actually teaches plastics at UCSF. My experience and journey have been more than positive and I will be forever grateful to her for changing my life for the better.

With Dr. Kim's compassionate and very skillful help, my life was completely changed. I am a Transgender person, female-to-male, who lived most of my life in complete dis-harmony with myself. I suffered through years of mental illness, hiding, pain and abuse before finally getting the chance to transition. Dr. Kim, her staff and surgery team at UCSF are to be commended and championed for their ability to help patients through the process, according to my experience. I felt comfortable and cared-for from the first encounter with office staff through the last surgery follow-up appointment. The surgery itself went fine. I am very pleased with the results and at long-last feel like the real me that I am. I recommend Dr. Kim's services HIGHLY.
