Unfortunately, I've had to see many doctors this year. That said, one of the kindest and sharpest is Dr.Silkiss. She really does care about her many patients and it shows. I trust her opinion, which comes from years of being a leader in her field. She's definitely improved my life.

Really, really wish I could give Dr Silkiss 10 stars  because she is absolutely fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and confident about getting my eyes done the moment I met her. If I ever need anything done, I will absolutely go to her. All of my friends love the way my eyes look and a few have booked appointments. She was super flexible with the timing of my procedure and she has multiple locations to meet with patients, so the initial appointment and post-op was a breeze. She's the kind of person you'd want at your party, because she is that delightful!!! When I came in for surgery, the staff was delighted to he working with her and they adore her. She's an absolute gem! Not only is she an exceptionally talented surgeon, she's a really cool person!! Hope to see that forearm hold IRL ‍

I normally keep unfavorable reviews to myself, but not this time. I went in for what amounted to a five minute procedure over two visits. Visit #1: I wait almost an hour, only to be told after a five minute exam by Dr. Silkiss that I needed insurance approval for the actual procedure, which was scheduled six weeks later. Three days before my appointment, I called to confirm my insurance would pay for it. I left two messages and never got a call back. On the third try, the receptionist said they didn't need insurance approval (uh, thanks for letting me know?). When I asked why I had to make a second appointment, I was told that it would "take more time."  Visit #2 - Me and two other people age in the waiting room. The poor guy sitting behind the desk told me they were a "little backed up." Come to find out that Dr. Silkiss schedules two patients every 15 minutes!  Could this explain her rushed demeanor?  Maybe. After waiting an hour, I said I had to leave and Dr. Silkiss overhears and puts me in a room. Procedure done.  Total time: 5 minutes. Two co-pays.  Two hours waiting. A bunch of parking quarters. Never again.

My appointment  sucked woth rona silkiss I've read alot of reveiws that were good but mine was not.she charged me 175$to tell me I need to see a endocrinologist?and then says she isn't a specialist.puts a eye drop in my eye and doesn't tell what for or even say what it is..got my hopes High for big disappointment to old school to help me with my ptosis
