This is the fourth time I am coming to this place, and people are so disorganized. No appointment reminder, no promised email; you have to call for them to follow what they had promised to do. Today I was supposed to be seen at 115, and it is almost 2; no one is reaching out to let me know what is happening. I hope that they find a way to run the place efficiently because I like my Dr.

Dr. Pickering is super nice and thorough and I believe she really cares about my health.  However, the office is horribly run.  The wait times are extreme - every appointment takes at least 2 hours and sometimes 3, and 90% of that time is just waiting around.  For people who work for a living, that amount of wasted time is unacceptable.  As much as I like Dr. Pickering, I will be finding a new doctor with a better run office.

I do not have a Time Machine, so all I can do is give a review of my experience as a warning to anyone else that would even consider going to this business.  My eye IOP was Miss manage that caused me to have to go through a surgery, watch the post operation eyedrops cost me per minute oh damage..  Of course, the doctor claimed that my eye damage happened before I even stepped up to the door of the business. , watch is a flat out lie.  I cannot say this in stronger terms:  Do not go to this establishment.

This review is for Dr Radhakrishnan, who performed laser iridotomy on my both eyes due to narrow angle condition. I was very worried and anxious as this relates to eye, but she removed my anxiety by her calm demeanor, outstanding expertise, and explaining things in great detail. Everything went very well, as she had predicted, and I am so thankful for her skill and kindness.
