Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. My room was small but comfy and had some essentials included, there was no a/c but it had a fan so it was nice. Felt very safe as well and there were lots of delicious restaurants nearby. There is no parking on site but there is a parking garage very near. They also always have flavor water, sparkling water, coffee and teas available 24/7 which was so nice. Awesome hotel, would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Stayed here once about four years ago. On the second to last morning around 6 am, the SWAT team descended on the lobby to take someone out. It was one of the craziest hotel experiences I've had. Good luck!

The room is not big, but it has been renovated and is clean and refreshing. The sound insulation is not very good, and outdoor sounds will still be transmitted into the house, but it is within an acceptable range. The amount of water in the bathroom shower is not large, which is barely acceptable. There is no room cleaning, no luggage storage service, and no mineral water in the room. There is a hot and cold water machine available in the lobby on the first floor, as well as tea bags and coffee. The location is really lively, the price of room accommodation is not high, and the CP value is really good. Rooms: clean and refreshing Safety: To enter the hotel, you need to swipe your room card to open the door. The security is pretty good. Walkability: It's right next to Union Square. When I came to San Francisco this time, I didn't see many homeless people near the Terminal Building.
