You just do not have an appointment until you send a deposit, even if Jovann gives you a time and date a week beforehand and you have day long delays getting a text message back from her about confirming it and how to send payment. You need to send that money to the venmo and then re-confirm the exact time you have an appointment.  Because if someone else wants your time, she won't check with you to tell you she's giving it away. It's first come first served based on money only. I could have made my appointment but not the earlier one she offered me instead. This was for an event at the Academy of Sciences I was djing. So, pretty disappointed to not have awesome hair to match my crazy outfit on stage. Found out a couple hours beforehand, day of -  that the original appt was no longer available, after I sent deposit, because I didn't get it to her further ahead of time and she booked other people 24-48hrs previous.
