I very rarely style my hair and have never colored it. I made an afternoon appointment here for a basic blow dry and style. Weird experience throughout the hour, but my main complaint is my hair smells so burnt even after washing it the next day. She damaged my hair with the heat and post appointment I couldn't stop smelling the burning I realized she didn't use a single heat protecting product as she blow dried and styled my hair with a curling iron. Now my hair is ruined. I would have thought I could trust a professional who does this often to responsibly use heating tools and hair products and not damage my hair. I highly don't recommend coming here.

I have textured hair and got the best blowout by Drew!!!! He showed me all the products he used,he was super sweet and attentive. My hair looked fantastic.... Great blowout... great experience!

An excellent experience from beginning to end. The reception people were professional and effective and made me feel Bloom was my second home. Then Drew was the stylist who really listened when I described the look I was going for as well as presenting some of his own ideas. I am very pleased with the results, even now a couple of week later and would not hesitate to return to Bloom regularly. Five star!
