Forklift Rental With Operator

Very unprofessional. I reached out to Fabian (the owner/manager?) to handle a critical delivery unloading and positioning job, and he first said he could take it on, but when the time grew near, he became increasingly noncommittal. Once we had the day locked down (having cleared customs), he went completely radio silent. We had to scramble to find an alternative operator. I would not trust this company with any important work given this experience.

Fabian did a great job in getting our pallets off the truckbed and pushing it into our narrow garage. got lucky inner contents didn't break when the pallet rotated.

Fabian not only skillfully maneuvered our giant stone bathtub onto the telehandler we rented and drove it around the block, he also helped us get it sideways on wooden rollers and roll it through the neighbor's narrow gate and garden. I wasn't expecting such help!

Fabian showed up with a forklift at my place in the city and helped me move some big items around. $673 for four hours. Great communication and service! Highly recommend.
