I became a member when I was pregnant at the recommendation of both my therapist and midwife. I took the birthprep, chest/ breastfeeding, and newborn care classes which were all great ESPECIALLY the chest/breast feeding with Amy Clark, and the birth prep with Reise! I love that the lactation support circles are free for members and pregnant folks. But the REAL reason I came to write a review is this: Last Thursday evening I was meeting a pregnant friend in the neighborhood with my 5 month old. We chatted for a couple of hours on all things new parenthood etc. I nursed my babe they napped in my arms and then all of a sudden it was quarter to 6 and I needed a place to change my baby and go to the bathroom myself. After that was done, baby was starting to get fussy and was hungry again. It was 5 mins to 6p and they were about to close. I think their name was Bobbie, but they asked my fussy baby, "what's wrong?" I replied, "they're hungry, but we're almost home." They offered for me to nurse bc they had "at least 30 mins of work to do to close out." So I sat in the VERY comfy glider chair and my baby nursed, I had a snack, and we left 25 mins or so later. I am so grateful for this space, the education, and the way I always feel welcome there! Oh.... Did I mention that another worker offered me water while I was nursing?!? Such hospitality and generosity! I'm looking forward to the adult/ infant CPR class that they're hosting this coming weekend too. What a gem of a resource in SF! They say it takes a village and it really does! Thank you! I'm so grateful!

Found Natural resources postpartum when looking for a place to rent a hospital grade pump and ended up finding a supportive community through the weekly new parent circle! I now tell any pregnant or expecting parent to go to natural resources for all the things! Seriously such an amazing place that I wish existed in every city I have loved ones with children!

One star, why? I booked a class in advance and they sent an incorrect/invalid zoom link. I called, emailed, and texted them without any responses. I was able to locate a last minute correction link they sent out prior to the meeting but now it's 15 minutes passed the start time of this class and I am still in the waiting room with the message "Waiting for host to start the meeting." For a resource center they are disorganized and can't get their act together. They didn't even send out a heads up email that they wouldn't be hosting this event or that it was cancelled. I won't ever refer to this place as a resource for information and classes during my pregnancy.

A wonderful resource for families! They have amazing classes and carry a lovely selection of products. The staff are knowledgable and helpful, and we frequently used their scale to weigh our newborn and connect with other families.

We've benefitted from newborn care and infant first aid classes at Natural Resources and were blown away by how well organized, warm and inclusive they felt. Their store is incredible too, they carry high quality products for pregnancy, the newborn stage and beyond.
