Negligent, unresponsive and outright irresponsible business. Their garage damaged my car and they refused to accept responsibility. The metal gate at the entrance shut while my car was entering the garage and crushed parts of my car's roof. I called their office and filled out their claim form, and made multiple follow ups. Their response was that I was at fault for their gate not working properly. Absolutely despicable business practice. STAY AWAY

Parking Concepts Inc. is a greedy, unhelpful company. I was a resident in the units above the parking garage on Townsend between 7th and 8th, which is managed by Parking Concepts Inc. I am charged $105 a month to park my motorcycle in their garage. It's $100, plus a $5 fee for auto-pay. That's an extra $5 a month to be able to automatically give them money. I misplaced the key card for entrance, and asked PCI to charge me the replacement fee and issue me a new card. After a couple non-responses from emails and a couple un-returned phone calls, they refused to do help me. Even though this action is in the Terms and Conditions, they informed me that I needed to go through the property management since I was a resident. This was not true because PCI gave me this parking contract directly. They just didn't want to have to do the work. After being ping-ponged back and forth a few times, and the apartment property manager calling PCI up directly, they finally agreed to issue me a new key card. Another example of bad service is when someone attempted to steal my motorcycle and left a broken drill bit in my ignition. I informed PCI of this, fully aware that they are released of liability as stated in the Terms and Conditions. I asked about security. PCI didn't know if they had any security camera footage. They didn't even know if they had security cameras in the garage. With the fork locked, I need a tow truck to get the bike to a repair shop. They also didn't know the height of the garage to determine if I can even get a tow truck inside. They just kept telling me it was not possible and that a tow truck wouldn't fit. I had to call the garage directly and ask the parking attendant what the clearance was, and he gave me his best guess. I asked management what I was supposed to do if I couldn't get a tow truck in there, and they said "I don't know, but good luck with your issue." I went ahead and used a tow truck to get my motorcycle out. Parking Concepts Inc comes off as a "make money above all else" company, with no inclination to help the people that pay them money if their customers need anything beyond a parking space. They have proved to be not helpful to me, and I sympathize with anyone who has the bad luck of needing any sort of customer service from the management team.
